What's your return policy?You can return any product within (14) days after you received it. One thing I request is that the customer pays for the return shipping, and that the item is in like-new condition (Thank you!!). You can request a return by sending a message with your order number through the Contact form, or by sending a DM on Twitter or Bluesky (see above question, or at bottom of this page).
I ordered the wrong size T-shirt. Can I exchange it?
Of course! Just contact me (either through the Contact form or DMs on Twitter or Bluesky) within (14) days of receiving it. Make sure to include your order number. I also request that the customer pays return shipping, and that the item is in like-new condition and not washed (Thank you!!).
My item arrived damaged! What do I do?
Oh no! Send a message through the Contact form, or send a DM on Twitter or Bluesky. Make sure to include your order number. We'll work to make it right (either sending a replacement or offering a refund).
How do I take care of shirts and other apparel?
For apparel items, each page will have specific care instructions if needed for that item. For most apparel in general though, it's best to wash inside out, use a delicate cold water cycle, avoid using fabric softener, and then tumble dry low or (preferably) air dry.
Where is my order?
All orders ship out with tracking numbers so you can see where your order is once it's shipped. If the tracking number isn't updating (especially with USPS), give it a few days to see if there are any updates (sometimes there are delays in tracking status).
